1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods, Carriers & Delivery Rates

  • Delivery Method: Door-to-Door Delivery (sent directly to the shipping address you provided at checkout).

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 7 - 20 days to most major destinations.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, shipping delays can occur due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or carrier peak seasons. We appreciate your patience during these rare events.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active and trackable within 24-48 hours.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

We want you to have a stress-free shopping experience. If any unexpected issues occur during transit, we have you covered:

  • Lost Packages: A package is considered lost if there are no tracking updates for more than 30 days, or if the carrier officially declares it lost. In either case, we offer two solutions based on your preference:

    1. Free Replacement: We will resend a brand new package to you immediately at no extra cost.

    2. Full Refund: We will issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged packaging/item and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you right away.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ShaneBelle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
